Creation of the logo, card and branding for a new commercial property consultancy business. We are Sydney based, and represent the interests of office tenants. We negotiate office leases to reduce costs for occupiers and maximize their flexibility. ie we protetc tenanst against landlords and all the traps and pitfalls which can arise with inexperienced tenants. We guide them through the site selection process, known as tenant representation, to ensure they achieve the best solution in terms of commercial value, and outcomes which align with the business strategy and maximization of talent attraction and retention. We have a deep 30 year history of experience in negotiating office leases, and are independent and objective - hence the origin of the Name "Veritas".
