Design a memorable logo for Kitsap Electric

I need a logo designed for an electrical contractor in kitsap county.. Prefer colors Deep blue/gold/black but flexible. I have attached some ideas. Like the idea of a light bulb as part of logo and possibly an animated lightbulb. Also lightening bolts or bolts stylized into K in Kitsap. Logo needs to convey professional, reliable, friendly.
