Business Logo for Real Estate Buyers Agency

We need a Business logo for a new company called "Hunter Insight Property". Hunter Insight is what the Brand will be built around, it is a Real Estate Buyers Agency and we buy property on behalf of our clients (investment or owner occupier properties). We are a Service based business so an attractive brand for us is very important. We search for the right house to match the client, we negotiate the price on their behalf and oversee the contract until settlement.
Hunter Insight is a double meaning name being:
1. Insight or intelligent information from the property Hunters (think animal hunter), or
2. Local and specialized Insight to the Hunter Valley region where the company predominantly operates.
The logo needs to be either predominantly green or blue but other colors can be used in conjunction with the main color.
