Hand Drawn Vintage Americana Style Logo

Hier ist was Tier One Dads suchte für sein logo design.

I am looking for a very simple logo that is able to be embroidered on hats easily and printed on shirts. The business is called "Tier One Dads" and it focuses on trying to be the best dad you can be everyday. The only graphic I would like featured is a hand holding a torch in the forward position, to give the idea that dads provide direction, reassurance, confidence, and light.
