Looking for a Logo design for a new company I am forming. We are a real estate team that sells off plan (or pre-construction) properties in Dubai.

We sell luxury condos and lowrise. I am looking for something that is a little more unique to Dubai specifically with the logo. Also want gold incorporated. Nothing incredibly complex, more sleek, refined, and rich. I have attached two AI generated logos that I liked. I especially like the colour of the Gold, White, and Blue logo and willing to even have Black incorporated.

Logo can incorporate Off Plan Realty Dubai or not have the wording in it.
