Logo for a mediator who helps companies resolve construction disputes

I am a mediator (a facilitator of legal disputes) of construction disputes between major commercial, civil, industrial construction companies, engineers, architects, and insurance companies. I am looking for a logo for my web site, business cards, email signature block.
