I need a logo created for a real estate investment company.

Company name is: Russell Street Capital
Can use Street or St, whatever might look the best.
Want it fairly simple, no fancy logos or artistic features. I will attach some examples of some similar companies that I want it to look like or resemble.

I want it fairly simple. I havent decided on the final color, but curious if it is created where i can change the shade of blue to match when i design my website, etc. I also envision some small logo to the left and then the name of the company to the write and can also use just the small logo as branding also.
