The brief is to create a distinctive, ownable logo that works across digital, packaging, metal etching, and web
• Evoke a sense of craft, culture, and curiosity
• Feel premium and playful — somewhere between Funko and Rolex
• Be modular: logo + wordmark + optional Japanese kanji (??)
