Self Storage Logo Design Project

We need a logo for a self storage facility located in Chicago. It's called "Chicago Northside Storage" We are interested in using a maximum of 3 colors, either white, blue, and yellow, or white, blue, and red. We want to convey the idea that it is a secure storage facility. We plan on being the low-price leader in the area, so something with a feel of good value, inexpensive (not to be confused with cheap), would be nice.
