Allied Accounts Management Symbol needs help

Hier ist was Allied Accounts Management suchte für sein logo design.

We need a logo similar to the designs that we are attaching, but more today, more modern, more up to date. We are attaching logo that we came up with, but not happy with them. Hands and hand shake is my father's thing about trusting people and partners that we work with, with a handshake.
