Our target market is high producing, forward thinking, values based companies that recognize the importance of developing and supporting the individuals who work for them and are invested in keeping their employees thriving and energized.

Services include individual and group coaching, team offsite retreats, leadership dynamics and training, communication strategy and training.

Coolaroo is an aboriginal word meaning 'star'. The reason it was chosen is because we thrive on facilitating the 'shining' moments that individuals, teams and leaders experience through our fun, engaging, personalized programs.
