Logo for a Mussel stand at a food market

Hier ist was Mr. Mussels suchte für sein logo design.

We are after a cartoon logo with a muscly sailor coming out of a life saver ring with rope (looney tunes style) with font which reads: Mr. Mussels.
maybe some cartoon animated mussels could be included as well.
We were thinking Orange, White and Sky blue for the colour scheme but we're open to suggestions.
