DM coaching for excellency is a corporate based company that focuses on recreating the way companies, communities and organisations function. As the world shift into a new paradigm it is paramount that the focus shifts from whats best for the organisation to how can the organisation improve by discovering whats best for the individuals involved. Our model focuses on culture, leadership, values and communication styles and techniques that allow the needs of everybody involved to be met. There are two of us involved in the company MIrta and myself.
Mirta has more than 20 years experience in the filed of coaching and both of us are master practitioners of NLP, Hypnosis and timeline therapy.
