Logo Design Project for Race horse training company to use on website, uniform etc

We need a logo design for a boutique racing stable located in Perth Western Australia. We train Thoroughbred Race horses and are creating a website to communicate with and attract investors/owners. We want a classy modern logo that can be used on a navy background on the website. Our colors are navy, aqua blue and white.
