Our company is about a 1 1/2 years old and we are shifting the focus from primarily providing a tactical solution (behavioural assessments and management training) to a strategic solution (customized surveys to determine orgainzational alignment and talent engagement).

We help our clients understand the fits and gaps they have with respect to the alignment of the talent they have with their overarching business strategy. We help them to maximize the engagement of the people within the organization so that the effort they put in is aligned with the corporatations goals.
