crest logo design project

Hier ist was Freret and Broadway suchte für sein logo design.

We need a logo for a start up line of women's basics clothing called "Freret and Broadway". We would like the logo to be in the form of a crest or something feeling sort of private school/preppy/formal but the colors to be a little more fun We would like to use the colors bright yellow and dark gray(gun metal ish). The design should feature some sort of fleur de lis, skull, and possibly crown design and the logo should incorporate the name Freret and Broadway somewhere on the design.
