Please read this...it's apparent that some folks submitting are not reading it in full. I don't want you to waste your time working on something that doesn't fit my requested parameters.

I'd like a logo appropriate for a real estate sign (18 X 24), business cards and website.

We sell residential properties (Estates, Farms, Single Family homes...even town homes) and commercial properties (warehouses, retail, etc).

This company is based in Fauquier County, Warrenton, Virginia (history, horses,farms, fields, pastures, foxes, blue ridge mountains, civil war, etc). The logo/design should be simple...think Sotheby's, Christie's, Washington Fine Properties and other luxury brands.

The design/logo could be just a use of the initials, a letter or name in a variety of fonts...., it could include a symbol, lines, whatever. Lean towards old fashioned, classic, simple...I do not want anything modern or complicated about it. Something land/nature related? Somethi… Mehr lesen
