International Fashion Clothing Brand needs a royal logo design

Hier ist was Kerkés suchte für sein logo design.

Dear Sir,

We have a company registered with the logo that is attached herewith. But now i need to make a few changes with it.

I want to use this animal(called Simurgh, a mythical Persian creature) only as the logo but with more finishing and perfection. I want you to re-design it because it has a few problems such as-

1. POSTURE-
The Posture of the animal is awkwardly positioned just coz of the front legs. So pls if you can re-sketch it with following options-
a.) KEEP the POSTURE ALMOST SAME as it is in logo file1/2 i uploaded in my brief, JUST CAHANGE the FRONT LEGS a bit OR
b.) It should be positioned how it is on the LION SEALS/EMBLEMS or if you know the way it is in EXPRESS CLOTHING BRAND. ((Pls see uploaded file POSTURE 1 & 3)) OR
c.) We totally love the Posture(specially legs positions) in POSTURE 2 file uploaded.
I want to see the animal in the circle and without it as well please.
