Movement for Seniors Logo Design

I am passionate that as we age we need to keep moving - many of the aches and pains we endure as we age are because we do not move, and possibly did not move much.

As an Educator, I facilitate groups of people in a fun, playful exercise program (called Ageless Grace® and created in the US) that exercises both body and mind. It is based on the science of neuroplasticity. I also train people to become Educators. The exercise is done in a chair and can be useful for all age groups, abilities, sizes, shapes, abilities and disabilities. We use lively, upbeat music to exercise too. Dancing in a chair!

I need a business card that reflects who I am - mature, but definitely not out to grass, lively spirit, health conscious, friendly, approachable. Mehr lesen
