Logo for an Events App

Hier ist was stuftadu suchte für sein logo design.

Business name is stuftadu...as in "stuff to do".
This is a start-up company based on a mobile app.

App is designed to provide up to the minute information about events going on around town in an organized/timely way so users can quickly and easily find fun things to do.

This app is not a business directory. The difference is that this app will provide users with what is going on this very minute along with upcoming events for the week/month/beyond.

Categories include:
Restaurants…bkfst/lunch/dinner specials
Bars…happy hours/specials/new products
Live music/Festivals/Sporting events/Movies/Nightlife/Shopping
Lodging/Arts/Family
*Initially will be launched in northern Michigan but could eventually grow to nationwide.

Preliminary thoughts:
Logo needs to look good on an mobile app. Also would be good if it fits well as an app icon once on the phone.
