Music/Record Label - Logo Design

Hier ist was Salton Sea Recording Company suchte für sein logo design.

Label will release live and studio recordings made in and around the Salton Sea area of California. Please Google the following "Salton Sea images" and "Bombay Beach images" for visual inspiration. You will find photos of a past and current culture that is visually stunning and should provide thematic inspiration for your designs.

Logo must be:
1. Simple
2. Memorable
3. Timeless
4. Versatile

Should include:
1. Text and a geometric shape
2. Two colors
3. Colors that evoke the sun and desert

Should also:
1. Feel like a California record label from the 1950's or 1960's, but not feel outdated
2. Be cool and interesting
3. Look good on an album cover, poster, or t-shirt (legible in various sizes)

"Salton Sea" and "Recording Company" can be on split lines and different font sizes.

I would also love to see some variations that resemble old gas station or roadside diner signs.
