Logo Design

Hier ist was Home Finder Real Estate suchte für sein logo design.

We're currently a small real estate brokerage needing a logo to start building brand identity. Until now, we've never had a logo and have used Vista stock material for signage/business cards/etc.

I'm looking for a logo that can incorporate an understated elegance, yet is modern and cutting edge. No goofy graphics, no cheesy stock photos or houses or magnifying glasses, etc. Our client list ranges from first time buyers (modern, trendy, colorful) to corporate executives (posh, elegant, think country club), and even seasoned real estate investors (sophisticated, sharp, crisp). And yet somehow I need all of that to be able to be incorporated into one logo. We are looking to begin competing with companies such as Realty Executives, Real Estate One, Century 21, ReMax, etc.
