Urban obstacle course event logo design.

We are currently searching to update/redo our current logo(attached). The logo is for a urban obstacle course event called Metro Dash. The event is extremely challenging and this must be reflected in the design.

Event description: Metro Dash is an obstacle packed endurance event for anyone craving an authentic challenge. Metro Dash was developed by elite military forces to push competitors beyond their limits both physically and mentally. You'll tackle a three-stage obstacle course and 2 miles of running in this grueling one-day event. For those who finish, a post-event celebration will take place with beer, music, food, and expo. Earn your beer!

We like our current logo, but would like to use a "Tougher" font. Also we would like to add a person standing below the words holding it on his shoulders. (ie. like Atlas holding the earth). We don't want stick figures, rather real figures.
