Looking for a logo for an existing company that flips properties in Upstate New York. We buy properties in need of extensive repair, sometimes cosmetic, sometimes structural, sometimes both. We then renovate these properties to offer todays discerning consumer their dream home. Our typical final product boast high end bathrooms and kitchens and we often create new floor plans to achieve a modern look. We are committed to providing a quality product in line with todays trends to our end consumers.

Our logo will feel more couture (Prada, Armani, Gucci) less accessible (Target, Uniglo, H&M). While we are not overpriced or even priced high, we allow sophistication to be purchased at a level that the consumer can afford.
