We are looking for a logo design for a new firm based in the United States that offers training and consulting in the field of cultural intelligence. We are offering workshops to companies that have a lot of multinational employees (internal workshops) to ensure that staff understand better how to work with different cultures. We also provide training for companies wishing to expand into other markets, and provide training and workshops on how to engage with people in those markets. The design should consider ''establishing trust'', ''networking'', ''people'', ''connecting people'', ''engaging people'', ''improving knowledge of other countries and people'', ''cultural tolerance''. We dont have particular preference for a colour, but the design should communicate improved connectivity and better business relations because of improved engagement.
