Contemporary jewelry retailer needs a vectored logo design

We need a logo design for a new retail jewelry boutique called, The Bangle. We sell contemporary, cutting edge, fashionable jewelry and accessories nationwide. Our pieces range from one of a kind handmade items to mass produces commercial items. Our prices range from $20 to $2000.

Our customers range in age from 18-to-65, but are youthful and want the latest jewelry trends along with some main stay classics.

We're looking for a vectored logo that's simple and contemporary, yet has a high end feel. We'd like to see designs that will look great if printed in black & white or shades of red (not candle apple red) but perhaps shades of wine. The logo must stand out whether printed on a business card or the sign outside a retail boutique.

We are open to using lower case or capital letters. The logo must also be more rectangular... as opposed to square shaped.
