Logo design needed

I would want a psychology theme, but keep it professional and for business. I want to be able to use the same logo for different areas of my work - initially for RecruitMetrics but also for career counselling, personal counselling for individuals, couples and families.

I want to be able to change the text easily - so if that means skipping out the text that's fine. Designer can suggest a Word font that would look good with the logo.

Colours need to be ideally in the brown spectrum - with orange hi-lights. But open to ideas of course.

Logo must be able to be used in Word documents.
