Eye catching penny auctions logo with modern, bubbly, and safe look/feel

I am in need of a professional logo for a new web based business I just started. The business is going to be all about auctioning items at huge discounts (up to 90-95%) through penny auctions. I really want this to be different than other penny auctions sites, so I would like to go the extra mile to assure the customer that they are in a legitimate auctioning atmosphere that will not leave them with a sour taste at the end of the day (especially since I have been at the receiving end of that). Basically I would like the design to be flashy, bubbly, modern, and safe. All while incorporating the following colors: yellow, black, white, and grey.
