Logo Design Project for Hawaii based luxury Retail (not houses) boutique real estate company

Aloha! I am a real estate broker that specializes in leasing and selling property on the esteemed Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki. The street is akin to some of the most famous streets in the world such as 5th Ave in NY, Michigan Ave in Chicago, Champ Elsysees in Paris, etc. My clients include international retailers, brokers from other states and extremely wealthy Landlords. What sets me apart is my attention to detail and high level of hands on customer service. I am to make it easy to acquire extremely difficult real estate.

I am creating my own company and I want it to feel more fashion forward/boutique operation than corporate but also have some sense of being located in the unique environment of Hawaii.
