The identity should be a single word:

Unity

There should be the option to include the following tag line in a version of the logo:

Tagline
"Holistic Personal Training & Private Fitness Studio"

Deliverables:

1) High res version of the logo - with and without the tag line.
2) Facebook cover photo
3) Facebook icon set
4) App icon set (just a single 1024px by 1024px is fine)
5) Twitter profile icon, background and cover photo.
