The mentor program is about providing young people who are involved in any aspect of the beef industry with the opportunity to undergo training to better understand themselves, knowing their strengths and opportunities for development; identify and seizing opportunities and building a professional network. They will be supported in the program by mentors who will also be selected by Beef Australia.
