Volt Locksmith - Logo Design

The logo is for a New York-based residential and commercial security and locksmith company. We want the logo to emulate professionalism, power, and strength.

We have also supplied a few sources of inspiration as well as some sketches that can be further developed into a final logo.

Here are some other thoughts on direction: We were initially intrigued by the logo represented on this company's website: http://www.rb-doors.net/Entrance.aspx. The attached file "logo-ideas.png" represents a play on that direction. We thought about using arms in the air as the "V" as depicted with "image.jpeg." We also like the idea of "playing" with the keyhole, as depicted in "keyhold-round.jpeg" and "keyhold.jpg", potentially having the keyhole represented in the "O" in "Volt" and having the other letter carry the "essence" of the keyhole in the way the letters are designed.
