This 40 year old mum of 3 girls 6/10/16 wants to build an online health, nutrition, fitness & beauty business focused on inspiring young teenage girls. The essence of fitlicious is about providing advice and services to help young girls look and feel great from the inside out by sharing real life experiences and results achieved from delicious eating plans incorporating clean whole natural organic foods and implementing achievable training and fitness plans to help generate energy and confidence enhanced further through a rewarding skin and beauty treatment that rounds off the entire inside out end goal.
