I need a logo that i can use on my new web site

I am artistic creative BRITISH hair stylist who owns 2 highly successful salons in the USA
my work is modern fashion forward contemporary
i use the british flag ( union Jack ) in my salon design and maybe the new logo could have elements of the british flag

I have attached my image so you can see my style and not sure if my image could be used in the logo or if that becomes to much
i will be wanting to use this logo on a new web page so maybe the logo
should stand alone and i can add my picture to the home page
