COPD Logo Design Project

Hier ist was Breathe Well COPD Program suchte für sein logo design.

Background: We are developing a program to improve care for individuals diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The Erie St. Clair LHIN has jointly developed a standardized care path with health care providers our area. The roll out of the COPD Care path was based on current practices, with the CCAC’s Community COPD Team - a multi-disciplinary care team that provides advanced community care to stabilize COPD patients and refer them to other community services.

Logo: We need a logo for the "Breathe Well COPD Program". The logo will be seen by both health care professionals and patients. We are currently using blue and green colours for the program materials. The design needs to give the sense of breathing well, or perhaps fresh air (open to suggestions). Mehr lesen
