Startup civil engineering contractor needs a logo design

We need a logo design for a new contracting company called "Shearwater Projects" based in NSW Australia. The company provides civil construction (e.g. roadworks), earthmoving and project management services to government and mining industry clients in Australia. We are looking for a simple, bold design focussed on the company name. Preferred colours include (one or two of) blue, green, orange, red and black.
