The site is called: www.whatchefsuse.com (What Chefs Use) this site is aimed at professional and home based chefs looking for the best equipment used by their peers, this equipment wont be the lower grade stuff that TV chefs are paid to endorse, but the actual equipment they use in their restaurants.
