Restaurant Logos

I have new restaurants under construction. Downstairs will serve burgers and dinner specializing in craft beers from England (name: Spile & Spigot (Tap House)). Upstairs will be a 24-hour diner (name: BLUE Diner). Each is about 2500 SF. The restaurants are located in a newly established trendy area (H ST NE) of Washington, DC (near U.S. Capitol and Union Station Tourist Center) having significant nightlife activity attracting congressional staffers and young professionals (20-30 years of age, salary range $60-150K/year). For each restaurant, I need a logo design and signage design, which may also be used for menus, letterhead, business cards, website, etc. The design service may be extended to a facade design for the restaurants.
