Scuba dive centre needs new logo

Hier ist was H2O Divers suchte für sein logo design.

We need to rejuvinate our logo. We're called H2O Divers and are based in Dahab, Egypt.
Last year we were the dive centre who took World Record holder Ahmed Gabr to 332.35m.
We don't want anything too on-the-nose like a fish/dolphin/diver logo although something that may incorporate a generic fin is ok. We're not a fan of the current logo.
We need a logo that can easily be converted (ie turned red or something) for our technical branch of the dive centre.
We currently use the colours: black, white and blue (see our website) and are happy with these.
We want something fresh, fun and professional to reflect our dive centre.
We're only 3 years old but have established ourselves as a reputable dive centre in an already saturated market in Egypt for dive centres.
