Logo for a building and maintenance company mainly corporate based in and around London

Hier ist was Capital Maintenance (open to ideas??) suchte für sein logo design.

Need a cool logo to brand the company possibly for vans etc in the future but for now on quotations and invoices etc would like maybe the London skyline in the background maybe?
