Nerd Forge

What I need is a complete branding. Logo, colors, maybe a font or two. I don't have any sort of branding right now, so as much branding as possible is what I am looking for.

I am in the very early stages of creating a community creative space called The Nerd Forge. It will be a co-working and creative space that offers work space, technology, and tools nerdy creatives require to build their dreams. Basically a community funded and run space for working on various projects. For example, I plan to put in a green screen room and a podcast area.

Branding wise, I would like to revolve around nerds/hipsters and forges. I am thinking a mascot of a bearded, glasses wearing nerd type with a unique blacksmith hammer of some kind. Maybe an apron with a tech flare, like a tron-type style. I am not sure though. I am always a big fan of hand-drawn artwork over digital vector stuff, but I am certainly open to whatever you come up with.
