Pop's Fish Shack

We sell Walleye, Yellow perch ,White fish ,Sockeye Salmon, Cod and Scallops at farmers markets in Florida in the winter and GA, NC in the summer. High quality fresh flash frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain the highest quality possible.'
I'd like the logo to be whimsical but simple because we will need to reproduce it to be used on caps and T-shirts. Winner of logo design will win the job for business card as well.
We want lots of imagination, but keep it simple and classy.

Update: I apologize but we were notified that we could not use the name Great Lakes Fish Co. The last day for the original request is up at the end of the day. We have changed the name to Pop's Fish Shack...
