Background of our business

We are a new build residential developer,.I.e. We buy sites and then build
projects mainly flats on these site and then sell them speculatively on the
open market.

We do not have a specific target market as such, our aim is simply to get
our name onto our sites so that people know who is carry out the
development.

I would like a simple bold (modern) design so that we can impart the
following information from our site boards, Company Name and Website, the
design need to be transferable to letter heads and business cards etc.

We do have another property development business which has been in existence
for many years if you look at the website you will will get some leads as to
our design ethos.
