An upcoming investment management powerhouse needs a logo design $!

We need a logo design for a hedge fund company called "Gantry Capital Limited" and also with a Chinese name "????". It will be based both in New York and Hong Kong. We'll be helping people managing their investments and achieving good returns globally. I got the idea of the company name from its dual origins: Gantry frame in Gantry Plaza State Park in New York City and San Francisco Chinatown Gateway Arch (Dragon Gate) both presenting similar structure and providing positive connotations as well as the their upward arrow like shapes.
