Spanish real-estate group requires high quality logo design

I require 5 logo's initially.

luxurysotogrande.com (this is our core domain and real-estate business doing sales and rentals) it must convey luxury, professionalism and naturally an association with real estate) i would like this to be the main focus for the logo project. A very early version of the site is available to view at www.sotograndehomes.com. tags lines can be 'sales' & 'rentals'. i only require business cards for this logo/company.

I also require 4 other logos for sites that list properties and drive traffic to the core domain above. They need to look modern and professional but can be a variant of the same logo using slightly different colour schemes.

I would require Illustrator or similar high quality vector based logos with black/white options for luxurysotogrande.com.
