New t-shirt and apparel business Needs a Logo Design

We need a logo design for a new t-shirt and apparel business. The new company is called 'SHORBLU'. Our products will consist of t-shirts, board shorts, hats, flip flops, and other apparel related to water sports and beach themed clothing. Our brand is meant to encompass the love of activities from shore,sand,beach, to the ocean,sea,water. Would like the design to be bold but simple. Think along the lines of O'Neill, Quicksilver, Hurley. Possibly incorporate the significance of sand and water into the logo, but i am open to any ideas. We just do not want the design to be too complicated and busy. The company name does not necessarily have to be in the logo, as it can be off to the side of the logo. The SHOR part of the name could possibly be specked giving the appearance of sand, and the BLU portion of the name giving the appearance of water.
