The handbook should be approachable, organized, and visually engaging to encourage tenants to refer to it frequently. Key areas include contact information, tenant responsibilities, community guidelines, and property services.

Format and Dimensions:
- Size: 5.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall (standard booklet size)
- Covers: Front and back covers with visually engaging designs, potentially including a mix of modern graphics and imagery. You can use fake photos for placement, and we will replace them later
- File Format: Please provide an Adobe InDesign File.

Objectives:
