We are looking to redesign and elevate our Sponsorship Proposal for the second edition of The Proving Grounds Puerto Rico (PGPR) - a Tactical Fitness competition that combines functional fitness and live-fire shooting in a safe and controlled environment.
The first edition (March 7, 2026) was a proven success, and the updated proposal must reflect that evolution from concept to validated event.

OBJECTIVE
Create a visually striking, premium, and highly structured sponsorship proposal that communicates:
- Credibility (proven event)
- Growth (scaling momentum)
- Experience (not just competition, but a full event)

KEY DATA TO INCLUDE (VERY IMPORTANT)
The design must highlight the following real metrics prominently:
- 96 registered athletes
- 240+ spectators
- 35 volunteers
- 370+ total attendees
- 14 female athletes
- 5 youth participants (ages 12–16)
- $3,300 awarded in prize money
