Need Catering Menu designed - design that we want is attached

Hi,
We need a new catering menu designed for our cafe.
I have attached our coffee menu, we would like it to follow the same kind of layout.
It needs to be A4, and can be double sided.
I have attached a word doc of our catering menu, so this is what needs to be on the catering menu you produce.
