Graphic Design for Application Form and Menu

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein menu design vorgenommen hatte.

We are a success education company called Polaris Global. We are designing a USB application for a personal development program that will be cross platform (PC/Mac). The product is called Beyond Freedom, Evolution University (These logos are already created). The program will open pdf books in a Flash reader, play audio and video files in the default media player, and open windows for recording entries in a journal and for setting goals.
We need a graphic design for a small control panel (300px X 300px) to launch the different modules of the program.

We are looking for a design that is clean and professional.
A sample is included of everything that needs to be on the form. A sample menu is also included. We are looking for other designs for the form and menu. Mehr lesen
